Collect&Go significantly strengthens its presence in Wallonia and Brussels and celebrates its 250th pick‑up point

Collect&Go, Colruyt Group’s online shopping service, has reached another major milestone in its development. The brand has opened its 250th pick-up point in Belgium and is simultaneously expanding its home delivery area with 215 additional postal codes in Wallonia. This represents significant growth in the Walloon region. And to better adapt to customers’ lifestyles, pick-up and delivery hours are also being extended. As a result, the market leader - which guarantees the lowest online prices - continues to stand out thanks to the widest pick-up and delivery time slots on the market.

An increasingly dense network of pick‑up points
Launched in 2000, Collect&Go has continued to grow steadily. With the opening of the new pick‑up point in Saint‑Servais (Namur), the network now reaches 250 pick‑up points in Belgium, allowing 93% of Belgian households to have a pick‑up point close to home. In addition, greater flexibility has been added to pick‑up times: as of 16 February, customers will be able to collect their order from 8 a.m., provided it was placed before midnight the day before. This improvement allows, for example, shoppers to pick up their groceries before starting their working day.

Home delivery: 215 additional municipalities in Wallonia and Brussels
Launched in 2022, the home delivery service is also continuing to expand. As of 9 February, Collect&Go will serve 762 postal codes in Belgium, including 215 new postal codes in Wallonia and Brussels - covering 80% of the entire country. Delivery times have also been extended. From now on, Collect&Go customers can benefit from home delivery on Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., or on weekdays starting from 10 a.m. (instead of 12 p.m.) and running until 8 p.m.

“With a network of pick‑up points across Belgium and an expanded home‑delivery service, Collect&Go stands out as the country’s most accessible online grocery service. This growth is not an end point but a milestone: we continue to invest in order to stay close to our customers, anticipate their needs and remain the most flexible and efficient partner,” says Tom De Prater, Head of Collect&Go

Home delivery by private delivery drivers
In the newly covered municipalities, Collect&Go also relies on private couriers, known as Drivers. Currently, more than 5,000 Drivers are active across Belgium. People who are interested can still register at any time.

A service that always offers the best price
For order preparation - whether for pick‑up or home delivery - the customer pays €5.95. For home delivery, the customer pays an additional €7 contribution, which is fully passed on to the Driver. Numerous promotional offers, updated every two weeks, allow customers to pay neither service fees nor delivery charges. But even when both costs are included, Collect&Go customers still benefit from the lowest grocery prices.
