On Thursday 21 May, Spar Colruyt Group Tielt-Winge will reopen its doors. The store on the Rillaarseweg focuses on fresh, local products from the Hageland region. Its extended opening hours give customers the flexibility to shop 7 days a week.
Open 7 days a week
“We want to stay close to our customers by offering extended opening hours,” says store manager Marleen Nijs. From now on, customers can also visit the Spar in Tielt-Winge on Sunday afternoons and Monday mornings. In addition to delicious fresh products and bakery treats, the store also offers local specialities such as Hageland wines from the Petrushoeve vineyard and farm-made ice cream from De Peinwinning.

“As before, we continue to place a strong focus on our fresh food departments,” Marleen continues. “We offer freshly baked bread rolls made in-store and a wide range of fresh cheeses. At our butcher’s and deli counter, customers can also find freshly sliced cold meats. In addition, we sell honey, fruit juices and wines from local producers in the Hageland region.”
A familiar start
Spar Tielt-Winge reopens on 21 May with a close-knit team, including seven employees who previously worked in the store. Customers are invited to discover the shop during the opening reception on Saturday 23 May between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., where they can also enjoy some chips.
