At Horecatel, Solucious, the foodservice wholesaler of Colruyt Group, is presenting the renewed and significantly expanded Culino range. With a strong focus on consistency and ease of use, Solucious is responding to the growing demand among food professionals for high-quality core products.

Culino RecuPuree wins a Horecatel Award

On Sunday 8 March, one of the Culino products was already honoured at Horecatel. The “RecuPuree” is a fresh purée made from potatoes that have been removed from the standard circuits. The purée has a smooth and creamy texture and is suitable for piping. The product comes in a ready-to-use bag for regeneration in a bain-marie or combi oven and combines operational efficiency, social commitment and reduction of food waste in the professional kitchen.
