The store has been completely renovated and reorganised. Store manager Anthony Maréchal explains: "In your revamped Colruyt store, you can find a nice range of food and non-food products at the lowest prices in your area." The self-service butcher's department also has a new look. Head butcher Geoffrey Sciorre continues: "You can see our qualified butchers at work in an open workshop, where they cut and pack fresh meat on the spot. Practical if you want to place a special order or ask information. We are always happy to help our customers!"
Collect&Go prepares shopping for the customers
People who want to save time always have the option of reserving their groceries online and picking them up at the store's Collect&Go pick-up point. The store manager specifies: "Customers send their shopping list via collectandgo.be, the Collect&Go app or the MyColruyt app. Our co-workers prepare their products at the pick-up point by the selected time. The popularity of online shopping for groceries continues to grow. We are therefore very pleased that we can offer our customers this service."
Sustainable choices
The renovated Colruyt store of Verviers is a low-energy store and is therefore in line with sustainable development. It is equipped with a system that recovers the residual heat from the cooling and ventilation installations. This means that thanks to the insulation, ventilation, lighting, cooling and heating systems, the store emits 90% less greenhouse gases and reduces its carbon footprint.
