Renovated Colruyt Lommel with Collect&Go pick-up point opens on 23 May

Shop more efficiently

"During closure, we expanded the store", says store manager Saïf Eddine Jadal. "This allowed us to enlarge the fresh products department and add a cash register.” The store was also completely reorganised. Customers can now shop even more efficiently in a more congenial store. Saïf Eddine Jadal: ​ "When making renovations, we always aim at simplicity and the lowest costs, as our customers expect of us.".

Brand-new butcher's department

Customers can choose their fresh quality meat in the self-service butcher's shop. Head butcher Ivo Gielkens: "The butchers cut the fresh meat on the spot. Customers can see the butchers at work in an open workshop and talk to them if they have questions or a special order. In the new butcher's department, customers also have a nice overview of the range of meat, cold cuts and salads."

New: Collect&Go shops for the customers

Colruyt Lommel now also has a Collect&Go pick-up point. "Collect&Go is a handy Colruyt Group service, where we shop for the customers", says the store manager. “They send their shopping list to collectandgo.be or via the app, and the Collect&Go employees have their products ready at the pick-up point on the day and time of their choice.”

Special open evening

Store manager Saïf Eddine Jadal, head butcher Ivo Gielkens and their 43 employees will be on hand to welcome their customers at the new Colruyt Lommel as from Wednesday 23 May. Saïf Eddine Jadal: "The evening before, on Tuesday 22 May from 5 to 8 pm, everyone is invited for a store preview. During this special open house, customers will be offered snacks and a drink. Everyone is most welcome!”
