    "body": "<p><span class=\"rls-date\">Monday, May 6, 2024</span></p><p><strong>Reopening Colruyt Hooglede: broader product range in larger, more sustainable store \u200b </strong></p><p><strong>The Colruyt Lowest Prices store in Hooglede will reopen its doors on Wednesday 8 May 2024. With its sales surface expanded to 2,039 m</strong><sup><strong>2</strong></sup><strong>, the store on Ieperstraat will offer a wider product range. During the renovations, Colruyt focused on improving shopping experience efficiency for customers and enhancing the sustainability of the store infrastructure.</strong></p><h4 id=\"more-than-2400-extra-products\" >More than 2400 extra products</h4><p>The renovated Colruyt Lowest Prices store in Hooglede is 350 m<sup>2</sup> larger than the previous store and offers customers a wider range of quality products at the lowest prices. Store manager Amelie Malfait: &quot;About 400 products have been added to our food range and some 2,000 products to our non-food range. We have ten additional chest-type freezers and the renovated butcher shop boasts an open workshop where you will also find all sliced cold meat and veggie products.&rdquo; The shopping route has been optimised to make shopping more pleasant and efficient. </p><h4 id=\"extra-focus-on-sustainability\" >Extra focus on sustainability</h4><p>The store in Hooglede has energy-efficient LED lights with sensors everywhere, saving up to 30% energy. The residual heat from cooling is recovered and the ventilation system reuses as much as 75% of the heat. The butcher&#039;s shop is equipped with a closed, energy-efficient cooling system. \u200b Solar panels on the store&#039;s roof provide green electricity. With all these measures, Colruyt wants to optimise its energy consumption and reduce its CO<sub>2 </sub>impact. A charging station for two electric vehicles has also been provided on the car park.</p><h4 id=\"collectgo-does-your-shopping-for-you\" >Collect&amp;Go does your shopping for you</h4><p>Customers will also have a completely renewed collection point of Collect&amp;Go, Colruyt Group&#039;s online shopping service, at their disposal in Hooglede. Customers send their shopping lists to collectandgo.be or through the app and co-workers have their products ready at the collection point by the day and time of their choice. </p><h4 id=\"open-house-evening-on-tuesday-7-may\" >Open house evening on Tuesday 7 May </h4><p>Store manager Amelie Malfait: &ldquo;Our whole team is looking forward to welcoming back our customers.
