    "body": "<p><strong>On Thursday 4 June, Gregory Declerck will reopen his fully refurbished Spar Colruyt Group store on the Kaai in Nieuwpoort. The store has undergone a complete makeover and has been transformed into a contemporary Spar supermarket with a significantly expanded range, where experience, freshness and convenience take centre stage every day of the week.</strong></p><h4 id=\"fresh-local-and-passionately-managed\" ><strong>Fresh, local and passionately managed</strong></h4><p>The new Spar store places a strong emphasis on fresh products and quality. One of the absolute highlights is the new artisan Cru bakery with house-risen dough, allowing customers to enjoy freshly baked bread rolls and golden-brown baguettes. &ldquo;We also offer a strong range of local products,&rdquo; says Gregory. &ldquo;For example, we sell chocolate from Veurne, juices from Ypres, dairy products from local farms and Picon from Nieuwpoort.&rdquo; </p><p>&ldquo;With this store, we want to create a warm and welcoming place where customers can not only do their shopping, but also enjoy quality and flavour,&rdquo; Gregory explains. </p><h4 id=\"comfortable-shopping-in-the-town-centre-7-days-a-week\" ><strong>Comfortable shopping in the town centre, 7 days a week</strong></h4><p>The store will be open every day from 7.30 a.m. to 7 p.m., including Sundays and public holidays. Its location on the Kaai and the underground car park beneath the store ensure easy access for local residents, tourists and second-home owners alike. The combination of a compact store with an extensive product range offers both convenience and time savings.</p><h4 id=\"experienced-local-team\" ><strong>Experienced local team</strong></h4><p>The store will open with a team of 11 permanent staff members, all from the local area. Gregory is supported by his wife Christy, who already manages a Spar store in Koksijde.</p><p>&ldquo;We are now working together with five Spar stores: Ypres, Wervik, Koksijde, Wenduine and now Nieuwpoort as well,&rdquo; Gregory continues. &ldquo;This creates additional expertise, strength and shared know-how.&rdquo;</p><h4 id=\"festive-reopening\" ><strong>Festive reopening</strong></h4><p>The reopening on Thursday 4 June will be celebrated with several tastings, promotions and a food truck serving fries. During the opening week, customers will be able to enjoy tastings hosted by local partners.
