International and Local
In this brand new Colruyt, covering almost 1,000 m², customers will find all the usual big international, Luxembourg and Portuguese brands, along with a great selection of wines, aperitifs and spirits. A great deal of effort has gone into stocking locally-sourced products. According to store manager Bernard Dupont ‘we have adapted our range to provide products from brands such as Bofferding, Rosport, Ekabe, Fair Mëllech and Salaisons Meyer to support local trade. All this every day of the week, as we are also open on Sundays. What’s more, we are also fortunate enough to provide ample parking’.
Wide Range
All of Colruyt's qualities are on show at their Pommerloch store. The refrigerated section, stocking a wide range of fresh items kept at an optimal temperature, features top-quality fruit and veg, cheese and dairy products, fish and charcuterie. In the frozen food section, customers can find a wide range of products that meet our strict high quality standards. Speaking about the butcher’s counter, Bernard Dupont describes it as ‘comprising a wide range of quality meat, charcuterie and ready-made products. The meat meets our high quality standards (guarantees regarding each animal's diet, farming, traceability, etc.). After being processed by our facility in Wemperhardt, it is then delivered daily to our Pommerloch store. This fresh meat is then displayed in our self-service chill counters. All our customers have to do is choose’.
In Line with the Times
There will also be a wide selection of organic products, represented by our Boni Selection Bio range, comprising around 250 items (yoghurts, eggs, fresh herbs, pre-cooked breads, etc.) of optimum quality, easily recognisable from their bright green packaging. Each product bears the European organic logo, thereby guaranteeing that it meets European standards. Products that are of high quality, delicious, refined and accessible to all budgets.
A Boost for Local Employment
Five checkouts allow our employees to provide the fastest possible service. In fact, the brand new Pommerloch Colruyt has already hired 13 people. According to Bernard Dupont ‘this is of course great news during these complicated times caused by the current health crisis. This will allow us to deliver a fast and efficient service that will provide customers with the best possible shopping experience’.
