Collect&Go expands home delivery in Antwerp, Limburg and Walloon Brabant
Maximum convenience thanks to Belgium's most flexible shopping network
Monday, June 2, 2025
Collect&Go, the online grocery service of Colruyt Group, is from today delivering groceries to homes in 74 additional municipalities* in Antwerp, Limburg and Walloon Brabant at the lowest prices. The service will continue to expand in the coming months. Combined with the 246 pick-up points where customers can pick up their prepared groceries themselves, Collect&Go offers the broadest and most flexible network on the market. In the newly added municipalities, home delivery is carried out by private Drivers, who also help to foster community contact. Drivers receive a fee that, together with the service charge for preparing the groceries, guarantees the lowest prices for the customer.
The broadest and most flexible network in Belgium
Collect&Go started home delivery in Ghent in 2020. Thanks to strong growth, which will continue in the coming months, 60% of Belgian households can now choose this option. Today, Collect&Go’s home delivery specifically expands to 74 municipalities in Antwerp, Limburg and Walloon Brabant*, bringing the total to 435 municipalities in Belgium.
This expanded home delivery is in addition to the 246 Collect&Go pick-up points, where all Belgians can pick up their online reserved groceries from Colruyt Lowest Prices or Bio-Planet at a chosen time between 8:30 am and 8 pm. Orders can be placed until midnight to be collected the next morning.
“By combining home delivery for 60% of Belgian households with our 246 pick-up points, Collect&Go offers the broadest network. Thanks to this network and the many services customers can combine, such as meal boxes from Foodbag, groceries from Bio-Planet, and drinks from BOIR, Collect&Go provides genuine time savings — something no other retailer matches. Our 25 years of experience stands for quality, flexibility and, of course, the lowest prices,” says Tom De Prater, Head of Collect&Go.
Home delivery by private couriers
Collect&Go delivers to homes in the newly added municipalities via private couriers called Drivers. There are currently over 5,000 Drivers active across Belgium. New Drivers can also register. Tom De Prater explains: “Drivers deliver groceries in their own neighbourhood, within a maximum 15-minute drive from the pick-up point. This ensures fresh products are delivered to customers. Drivers choose which orders to deliver within this system — a form of sharing economy — and receive a fee for their work. Collect&Go thus encourages human neighbourhood contact, as Drivers expand their local social network and help people in their community.”
The lowest prices for the customer
For home delivery, customers pay a fee of €7, which goes entirely to the Driver. This is in addition to €5.95 for preparing the groceries. Thanks to numerous promotional offers changing every two weeks, customers can have both the preparing and delivery fees waived. But even with both costs included, Collect&Go customers always shop at the lowest prices.
