New-generation store
Colruyt Rochefort has been built as a new-generation store. Store manager Jean-Marc Patte: "The former store had become too small and we could no longer serve our customers properly. So it was time to build a new one. In this store, we can offer our customers a broader supply and they can shop more efficiently and more pleasantly. When making renovations, we always aim at simplicity and the lowest costs, as our customers expect us to."
Brand-new butcher's department
For fresh quality meat, customers can visit the brand-new butcher's department. Head butcher Mathieu Senterre: "Our customers have a nice overview of the range of meat, cold cuts and salads. And they can see the butchers at work in an open workshop. Customers can easily talk to them if they have questions or special orders."
Collect&Go shops for the customer
The new Colruyt store also has a larger Collect&Go pick-up point. "Collect&Go is a handy Colruyt Group service, where we shop for the customers", says the store manager. "They send their shopping list to collectandgo.be or via the app, and the Collect&Go employees have their products ready at the pick-up point on the day and time of their choice. Handy!"
Special open house
As from Wednesday 13 September, store manager Jean-Marc Patte, head butcher Mathieu Senterre and their 33 co-workers will be on hand to welcome their customers at the brand-new Colruyt Rochefort.
Jean-Marc Patte: "The evening before, on Tuesday 12 September from 17 to 20 p.m., everyone is invited for a store preview. During this special open house, customers will be offered snacks and a drink. Everyone is most welcome!"
