Brand-new Colruyt Koksijde one third larger

“I am proud to be the manager of this brand-new store”, says the new store manager. “Together with all the enthusiastic co workers at Colruyt Koksijde, I am looking forward to welcoming our customers. In July and August, we will be open in the morning on Sundays and holidays such as 21 July and 15 August. This allows us to serve them even better."

Shop more efficiently

The new Colruyt Koksijde has a total surface of 1,600 m² making it one third larger than before. Bieke Hoverbeke: “This allowed us to expand the fresh market and provide 5 additional checkout stations. And to allow our customers to shop even more efficiently and pleasantly, we completely reorganised the store. When making renovations, we always aim at simplicity and the lowest costs, as our customers expect of us."

Ready for the barbecue season

Thanks to the brand-new self-service butcher's department, the store is ready for the summer. Customers can buy fresh quality meat including a vast range of barbecue specialities. Head butcher Jan Andries:"The butchers cut the fresh meat on the spot. Customers can see the butchers at work in an open workshop and talk to them if they have questions or a special order. In the new butcher's department, customers also have a nice overview of the range of meat, cold cuts and salads."

New: Collect&Go shops for the customers

“For customers who want to save time, we now have a Collect&Go pick-up point at Colruyt Koksijde”, says store manager Bieke with pride. "Collect&Go is a handy Colruyt Group service, where we shop for the customers. They send their shopping list to collectandgo.be or via the app, and the Collect&Go employees have their products ready at the pick-up point on the day and time of their choice."

Special open evening

As from Wednesday 6 June, store manager Bieke Hoverbeke, head butcher Jan Andries and their 42 co-workers will welcome their first guests at the renovated Colruyt Koksijde."The evening before, everyone can come and discover the renovations", says Bieke Hoverbeke. "During this special open evening between 5 and 8 pm, we will be happy to offer our customers a snack and a drink. Everyone is most welcome!"
